RENT AGREEMENT

The expressions of the first party and second party, whenever they occur in the context of this agreement shall mean and include them, their respective heirs, successors, legal representatives, administrators, executors, and assignees.

Whereas the first party/ LANDLORD is exclusive owner and in possession of ( Property Address )

And whereas on the request of the TENANT the LANDLORD has agreed to let out  House No-( Property Address) with Complete Details of property) . to the TENANT/ SECOND PARTY on the following terms and condition of this agreement.
